Instructions

• Take the manual handling course online element – usually around 1 hour
• Contact us by phone or email when you have completed it
• Take your Zoom class practical element, usually around 15 minutes
• Check your email & find your 3-year Manual Handling Certificate – it’s as simple as that.

You can take the online part on any device, mobile, tablet or Smartphone. It is easier to see on a PC or tablet but many of our customers have used their smartphones to do the course without issues. You can also use your smartphone for the Zoom class if that is easier for you too.

To be a legally compliant course in Ireland Manual handling training has to comply with Chapter 4 of Part 2 of the Safety Health & Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007. The instructor that actually delivers the course (either on video or in the classroom) has to hold a Manual Handling Instructor Certificate which is issued by QQI.
